Individual therapy is a one-on-one space for clients to work through challenges.
At Increments Psychotherapy, sessions are tailored to your unique goals, combining evidence-based approaches like EMDR therapy with integrative strategies to support meaningful, lasting change.
Individual therapy is offered in 50-minute or 90-minute sessions, both in-person in Etobicoke and virtually across Ontario.
Psychotherapy sessions are covered by most insurance plans, making it easier to access support.

The first session will be focused on history and intake. During this time, we will be highlighting patterns that have been unhelpful and/or keeping you stuck. Towards the end of the session is when we will create a treatment plan together and discuss next steps.

The frequency of sessions depends on your goals, presenting concerns, and progress in therapy. Most clients start off weekly and transition to biweekly as progress is made.

Individual therapy sessions are $160 for 50 minutes and $240 for 90 minutes.
